Doug Avent is an SRA Member of the Appraisal Institute and is also a State Certified General Appraiser. He is also a NC Real Estate Broker and a Realtor. He has been a Real Estate Appraiser for over 40 years appraising all types of real estate . He specializes in land and eminent domain appraisals but has at times done all types of real estate appraisals. He lives in Winston-Salem, NC and appraises properties throughout the Triad Region.
